RAS Deals ("we") uses the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) by Meta to reply to people who message our WhatsApp number. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Your WhatsApp phone number and profile name, as provided by WhatsApp when you message us.
• The content of messages you send to us, and our replies.
• Technical message metadata (message IDs, timestamps, delivery status).

How we use it

• Only to receive your message and send you a reply or information you asked for.
• To prevent duplicate replies, abuse, and to fix technical problems.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

Messages are processed by Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) as part of the WhatsApp Business Platform, under WhatsApp's Business Policy. We do not share your data with anyone else, except where required by law.

Retention

We keep message data only as long as needed to reply and operate the service, and delete it on request.

Your choices and deletion

You can stop receiving messages at any time by not messaging us or by blocking our number. To have your data deleted, see our data deletion instructions.
